Grind Change Plates

The Grind Change Plates are the latest evolution in the Grind product line. They deliver the same durable performance as our original design, now made with Grind rubber, a byproduct of ’s footwear manufacturing process. Built for smooth loading and incremental progress, these plates help you build strength one small step at a time. Whether you're adding 1.25, 2.5, 5, or 10 lb, every rep moves you closer to your goals.

Each plate contains at least 20% Grind rubber by total product volume and features a bold Swoosh finish. Pair them with Grind Bumper Plates and Grind Dumbbells to outfit your full setup with the Grind collection.

Note: Because footwear color palettes vary seasonally, each batch of Grind rubber is unique and results in a limited-edition run of plates. Unlike the Grind Bumper Plates, the Change Plates maintain a consistent base color, but the Grind particle mix will vary from plate to plate.
