Not all decaf is created equal. This one, a natural from Akagera in Rwanda, is quite fruity and juicy! We were blown away at the cupping table, confounded that this was a decaf. The cup is full of juicy berry flavors and fresh citrus. This coffee is shipped from Rwanda to Canada to be decaffeinated at the Swiss Water Process plant. This is part of their Emerald micro lot program, showcasing the best coffees and offering them as decafs. Swiss Water achieves this with a chemical free decaf process.
